Bus Monkeys Limited keep in stock a large range of parts and accessories for your vehicle. Wherever possible we will always aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Depending upon the method of shipping you have selected at checkout you can expect to receive your order within 1 to 2 working days from the day of dispatch. We do however ask that customers allow 7 working days for delivery prior to contacting us regarding an update on the order.
Should we expect an order to take longer than 7 days for delivery we will contact the customer upon receipt of an order to make them aware of the extended delivery time.
Please note certain items such as RIB beds, and any other items made to order may have an extended delivery period. We will notify the customer upon receipt of the order of an expected delivery date, if you wish to receive an expected delivery date prior to placing the order, please contact us and we will be happy to supply this information.
Bus Monkeys Limited offers returns on all products sold online or over the telephone in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our conditions of Sale do not affect your statutory rights. In all cases of items being returned where the customer is responsible for postage we advise that should the item being returned to Bus Monkeys Limited be lost in transit it will be the responsibility of the buyer to contact the delivery company used and follow their policies to gain compensation. We strongly advise that the item you are returning has the correct level of insurance and use a signed for/tracked service.
2.1 Return of items ordered in error/correct product supplied
Customers who wish to return an order have 14 days from receipt of goods to notify us and a further 14 days to return the item. The items being returned must not have been used or fitted in any way and should be in the original packaging. Please note that we will not accept any awning return if the awning has been removed from its carry bag. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the product they are buying is suitable for their needs. When returning an item ordered in error it is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the goods to us and pay the necessary postage/shipping costs.
2.2 Returns after the 14 day cancellation period
Any item returned after the 14 day cancellation period; returned in original packaging unused and uninstalled/tested in resalable condition; we will then issue a credit note for the value of the items returned minus 15% fee of the totals returned.
2.3 Damaged/Faulty/Incomplete or incorrectly supplied
Should an item arrive damaged, incomplete or supplied incorrectly we will refund or replace the order value upon receipt of the items returned. We must be informed of any damaged deliveries within 3 working days of delivery. Should we be informed after this period of time we are unable to accept any responsibility for damage. If you receive a damaged product or a fault occurs within 30 days of purchase we will then make the necessary arrangements for the item to be returned to us at our expense and a replacement item sent out or refund given. In some cases we reserve the right to require the customer to return the item to us at their initial expense along with proof of postage/shipping cost. Once we are in receipt of the item we will then reimburse the customer for the postage/shipping. Before refunding or exchanging any items returned as ‘faulted’ we reserve the right to return the ‘faulted’ item to the manufacturer for inspection, should they deem the item to be faulted then a refund or exchange will be given. Please note this process can take up to 6 weeks.
2.4 Faulted Products/Warranty Claims
All faulted items returned to Bus Monkeys Limited after 30 days of receipt will be dealt with as a warranty claim. All items subject to a warranty claim will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and the item will then be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. Please note this process can take up to 6 weeks. The way a product has been fitted or reasonable wear and tear may affect the validity of a warranty claim. In all cases of warranty claims it is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to us for inspection. Should any item being returned to Bus Monkeys Limited be lost in transit it will be the responsibility of the buyer to contact the delivery company used and follow their policies to gain compensation, we strongly advise you cover the item you are returning with the correct level of insurance and use a signed for/tracked service.

We always aim to provide you with the most up to date product images and information however we cannot always guarantee that what is shown is what will be supplied, product styles and colours/trims can differ slightly from the published images.
